Captain Sabertooth and The Magic Diamond

The game is inspired by the animated movie by the same name (Qvisten 2019), and the story is about a diamond with magical powers, which both the evil jungle prince Maga Kahn, and Captain Sabertooth want to get their hands on.

The player can play as either Pinky or Veronica in the hunt for The Magic Diamond. The wild chase takes place in Captain Sabertooth’s vibrant world, through dense jungle, old ruins and deep underwater caves. The player will find lots of treasure and gold for the Captain, and gets equipped with a slingshot, special boots and a sword to fight off the many wicked, weird and dangerous enemies and obstacles. Finally one gets to fight the evil Maga Kahn himself, and his pesky army of apes.

During the adventurous journey the player will run into several of the characters from the world of Captain Sabertooth, and the game is nicely varied, with minigames and several pirate challenges in addition to classic platforming fun.

Worth mentioning is that Captain Sabertooth and The Magic Diamond is the very first game for the Nintendo Switch in Sami language.
